Champ Phanichkul is the chef and owner of Patisserie Rosie.

 

After working in and out of kitchens for about eight years,

he embraced a new challenge by opening a shop in 2014 dedicated to

both pastries and savory creations.

 

His journey, from starting as a part-time dishwasher to establishing a space where he can share his passion with the public, has been truly remarkable.
